Why You Should Become A Member Of O.W.L.A.

We are a volunteer association that monitors the waters of Owasco Lake and its tributaries. We will monitor any tributary and are concerned about landuse throughout the watershed. All of our efforts are designed to keep our Watershed free from pollution and sedimentation and enhance the aesthetic and biological qualities.

Membership in OWLA is open to anyone interested in the quality of the Owasco Lake Watershed. Anyone who enjoys the beauty of the lake and especially anyone who drinks water from the Owasco Lake should become a member of OWLA.  Become a member today.
